On 11 November the Africa Initiative on Renewable Energies (AREI), in cooperation with the Pan-African Climate Justice Alliance (PACJA) hosted the event ‘How renewables in Africa support climate change and save the planet’. The AEEP’s Head of Secretariat joined the panel and emphasised the synergistic collaboration between the international institutions and all other actors to drive forward a energy transition based on renewable energy solutions.
