Tandis que le monde s\u2019efforce d\u2019atteindre les objectifs de l\u2019Accord de Paris et les objectifs de z\u00e9ro \u00e9mission nette d\u2019ici 2050, de nouvelles solutions doivent \u00eatre trouv\u00e9es pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l\u2019att\u00e9nuation des \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre dans les secteurs difficiles \u00e0 d\u00e9carboner tels que le transport (aviation, fret) et l\u2019industrie lourde (acier, produits chimiques) qui sont impossibles \u00e0 \u00e9lectrifier rapidement. L\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne vert offre des solutions et des opportunit\u00e9s majeures pour encourager l\u2019industrialisation verte, sous la forme d\u2019e-combustibles, de sources d\u2019\u00e9nergie et de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le d\u00e9veloppement des industries et des march\u00e9s de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne vert commence \u00e0 s\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer \u00e0 travers le monde. La valeur du march\u00e9 de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne vert devrait passer de 6&nbsp;milliards d\u2019USD en 2023 \u00e0 plus de 90&nbsp;milliards d\u2019USD en 2033. L\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de la croissance et le d\u00e9veloppement des march\u00e9s vont requ\u00e9rir des interventions dans diff\u00e9rents domaines pour dynamiser la production et les applications de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne vert, particuli\u00e8rement au niveau industriel. Pour parvenir \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des industries et des march\u00e9s durables pour l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne vert, il est \u00e9galement indispensable d\u2019am\u00e9liorer le transfert de technologie, la coop\u00e9ration internationale, les financements, les investissements, le renforcement des capacit\u00e9s, le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences, les innovations et l\u2019adaptation des technologies aux besoins locaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Afrique, l\u2019adoption de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne vert ouvre \u00e9galement la voie \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des services \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques modernes, qui permettront au continent d\u2019atteindre ses objectifs de transformation \u00e9conomique, de d\u00e9veloppement social, de hausse des recettes \u00e0 l\u2019exportation et d\u2019int\u00e9gration r\u00e9gionale. L\u2019abondance de ressources naturelles, particuli\u00e8rement solaires et \u00e9oliennes, place d\u00e9j\u00e0 le continent en position de futur leader de la production d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne vert. Il sera toutefois important de d\u00e9velopper et de mettre en \u0153uvre les cadres n\u00e9cessaires pour s\u2019assurer que l\u2019Afrique tire profit de la production et du commerce de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne vert et en maximise les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices, ce qui lui permettra de promouvoir son \u00e9nergie, ses infrastructures et son agenda de d\u00e9veloppement industriel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Commission de l\u2019Union africaine a \u00e9labor\u00e9 une strat\u00e9gie et un plan d\u2019action continentaux sur l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne vert, qui ont pour but d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l\u2019adoption et les applications de ce vecteur \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique en Afrique et de maximiser les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices \u00e9conomiques et sociaux des cha\u00eenes de valeur de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne vert. Actuellement, six pays africains (\u00c9gypte, Kenya, Mauritanie, Maroc, Namibie et Afrique du Sud) disposent de strat\u00e9gies nationales et de projets sur le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne vert, qui visent \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des cha\u00eenes de valeur locales capables d\u2019encourager les opportunit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques, la d\u00e9carbonation et la production d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne vert \u00e0 exporter. Une strat\u00e9gie nationale sur l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne vert est \u00e9galement en cours d\u2019\u00e9laboration dans 18&nbsp;autres pays africains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les 19<sup>e<\/sup>&nbsp;entretiens Afrique-UE sur l\u2019\u00e9nergie (PAEE) consacr\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne vert pour la transformation industrielle s\u2019efforceront d\u2019apporter des conseils utiles aux pays pour les aider \u00e0 maximiser les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne vert en faveur de l\u2019industrialisation et de la d\u00e9carbonation.
