Accelerating Egypt’s Clean Energy Transition: Enabling policies, investments, and technologies

On the 6th of September 2022, RES4Africa will hold the event Accelerating Egypt’s Clean Energy Transition: Enabling policies, investments, and technologies with the sponsorship of Bonelli Erede. The gathering, organized in collaboration with the Regional Center for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (RCREEE) and The Sovereign Fund of Egypt, will take place in Cairo from 9:30 – 16:15 CET.

The event will feature experts from the energy industry who will be gathered in person for this special occasion. The first session tackles the regulatory framework and way forward for renewables in Egypt. The second session discusses the role of DFIs and the private sector in RE finance. Finally, the third and fourth sessions delve into RE technologies and grid infrastructure.
