IEA 9th Annual Global  Conference on Energy Efficiency

The 9th Global Conference is co-hosted by IEA Executive Director Fatih Birol and Kenya’s Minister of Energy and Petroleum Davis Chirchir, and will be held in Nairobi, Kenya, from 21 to 23 May 2024. This marks the first year in which the event is being held on the African continent, and reflects the IEA’s strengthening partnership with Kenya, which recently joined the IEA family as an Association country.
