AEEP Monitoring Baseline Report

This baseline document sets out the status of access to modern energy, of energy security, and of the use of renewable energy and energy efficient technologies in Africa. The document also summarizes a sampling of the many hundreds of activities, large and small, private and public, that are being implemented by African and European actors in the field of energy.
